Cooking time








  • White granulated sugar

  • Turbinoda cane sugar

  • Water


  • Add ¾th cup of Turbinoda cane sugar with 1/4th cup of regular granular sugar and 1 cup of water into a pan.
  • Mix everything until all the sugar particles dissolve in a low flame and let it boil.
  • Once it starts to boil, let it sit in the flame for a couple of minutes to get the liquid into a thicker consistency than the classic sugar syrup.
  • Once this is done, allow it to cool and store it in an airtight container.
