Tasa Coffee Roasters
While Tasa Coffee Roasters are revered as coffee roasters, they make some of the finest pastries and baked goods in Wicker Park such that they could pass as a bakery.
From empanadas to my favorite Cuban sandwiches, avocado toasts, tamales, and other light bites, Tasa Coffee Roasters is a good place to enjoy amazing pastries with delicious coffee. This is also a fairly new coffee shop.

La Colombe Coffee Roasters
La Colombe Coffee Roasters is a fashionable space and I liked the scenic views at the coffee shop – they are ideal for relaxation. One of the things to expect from a coffee shop that roasts their coffee in-house is a variety of unique coffee blends.
At La Colombe, I had some coffee brews that I’ve not seen anywhere in the United States. From Corsica to Nizza, Monte Carlo, and Phocea, I doubt you had coffee like this before.
Aside from coffee, La Colombe has food recipes originating from France. You can come in and enjoy a hearty meal.

Located south of Wicker Park, TYPICA CAFE is the coffee shop I’d recommend for anyone who wants a light breakfast and coffee to start their day. The staff here are fast, friendly, and understand what coffee is about.
What’s most special about TYPICA CAFE is its set of Venezuelan pastries. They are absolutely delightful. The only downside to this cafe is that there’s not enough seating inside.

Werewolf Coffee is a cute coffee shop in Wicker Park. The theme of the coffee shop’s interior is unlike anything I have seen. It is quite intriguing I must say as there is a truck where coffee is served from inside the building.
One of the specialty coffee drinks is the charcoal latte. It comes with glitter and many of the locals speak highly of it.
They seem to be focused squarely on coffee and unlike other coffee shops in this review, you won’t get much out of Werewolf Coffee if you’re not looking for coffee.
