Directions

  • Use one or two spoons of each spice according to your flavor.
  • All the spices of the chai masala are grinded to a coarse powder except for the nutmeg. Nutmeg is usually grated separately and mixed with the existing masala powder
  • Use fine grater to grate spices. Store the chai masala in an air-tight jar and always use a clean and dry spoon.
