Venti Iced Shaken Espresso with White Mocha


  • 3 shots of espresso
  • 4 pumps of white mocha sauce
  • Extra caramel drizzle
  • A splash of heavy cream
  • Ice


  1. Brew Espresso: Brew 3 shots of espresso and let them cool to room temperature.
  2. Mix with White Mocha: In a shaker, combine the cooled espresso with 4 pumps of white mocha sauce. Stir well until fully incorporated.
  3. Shake with Ice: Add plenty of ice to the shaker. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled and frothy.
  4. Prepare the Cup: Drizzle extra caramel around the inside of a venti cup for added sweetness and decoration.
  5. Pour and Add Cream: Pour the shaken espresso mixture into the prepared venti cup. Add a splash of heavy cream on top to enhance the richness and creaminess of the drink.
  6. Serve: Optionally, garnish with a swirl of caramel drizzle on top for an extra indulgent touch. Enjoy immediately!
