Brew Espresso: Brew 3 shots of espresso and let them cool to room temperature.
Mix with White Mocha: In a shaker, combine the cooled espresso with 4 pumps of white mocha sauce. Stir well until fully incorporated.
Shake with Ice: Add plenty of ice to the shaker. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled and frothy.
Prepare the Cup: Drizzle extra caramel around the inside of a venti cup for added sweetness and decoration.
Pour and Add Cream: Pour the shaken espresso mixture into the prepared venti cup. Add a splash of heavy cream on top to enhance the richness and creaminess of the drink.
Serve: Optionally, garnish with a swirl of caramel drizzle on top for an extra indulgent touch. Enjoy immediately!
Notes
Make sure to let the espresso cool before mixing it with the other ingredients to prevent the ice from melting too quickly.
Adjust the amount of white mocha sauce and caramel drizzle according to your preference for sweetness.
For a lighter version, you can use light cream or milk instead of heavy cream.
Feel free to customize the recipe by adding whipped cream or chocolate shavings on top for extra decadence.
