Starry Night Presso Cafe
In the center of Fort Collins’ Old Town, there is a neighborhood, family-run cafe called Starry Night. One of the coffee cafes in Fort Collins’ historic district is worth visiting. Inspired by the “Starry Night” painting by Vincent Van Gogh, it debuted in 1992 and has since remained a recognizable fixture of the Old Town Fort Collins area.
While Starry Night has a strong enthusiasm for both coffee and baking, their love of being a member of Fort Collins’ vibrant, long-standing community comes first.
Own coffee is sourced and roasted by Starry Night! They ethically purchase coffee beans from growers and businesses around the globe, and they make an effort to honor each individual who contributed to your perfect cup of joe. To purchase some right away, visit their shop or place an online order.

Little Bird Bakeshop
Little Bird, a recognizable Old Town icon, is a quaint and pleasant store located in Old Town Square. The brick-walled café offers freshly baked pastries cooked from scratch each day using seasonal and frequently locally sourced ingredients, along with locally roasted coffee.
Little Bird excels at creating both top-tier pastries and beverages, as well as a welcoming space that feels homey in all the best ways. It is a favorite meeting place for both private and business meetings in the downtown area.
Everything sold by Bindle Coffee is freshly produced, delicious, and distinctive, including cappuccinos, breakfast sandwiches, croissants with ham and cheese, morning buns, cinnamon buns, and more. Although there are a lot of people in the establishment, the customer service is excellent and quick.
There is also a lovely outdoor space where you may unwind. One of my favorite aspects of this coffee establishment is the bindle coffee music. The Bindle coffee reviews online are overwhelmingly positive, praising this excellent coffee business.
I’m going to be honest. I used to think that a coffee shop simply had to serve coffee. And though those shops do exist in Fort Collins, the truth is there are some shops out there who have placed the standard of coffee-slinging on its head.
In fact, some have branched off into completely different realms. All in all, I am extremely impressed by the level of quality in coffee shops around here.
